What is the cost?

With Fund My Dental, you pay no interest ever. The only fees charged are:

Establishment fee to set up your account (either $39 to get up to $1000 worth of dental treatment OR $129 if you need to get up to $2000 worth of treatment)
Weekly account keeping fee of $2.50

*If you are late or miss a payment, there may be an additional charge of $29.
