Our Story

Aim Dental Group opened in 2004 and has four different practice locations, servicing Perth’s central, north, south, as well as rural areas. When Dr David Beecham our managing director took ownership of the business in 2011, he wanted to think beyond the un-prolific Dental Practice which brought stress and a revolving door of staff. David had a vision to launch a successful enterprise where empowering staff meant a happier patient and to create customer service excellence in an industry which makes many anxious.

Nowadays, David stands beside a ‘tribe’ of staff who share his vision. We believe that empowered customers (both internal and external) can do amazing things and we’re not afraid to encourage our staff to consistently think outside the box.
