Payments information
When you visit Aim Dental Group for any of our dental treatments, we ask that patients settle all fees on the day of service, as this is our official payment policy.
We accept the following types of payment:
    Aim dental tick
    Aim dental tick
    Aim dental tick
All major credit cards, including AMEX
    American Express

At Aim Dental Group, we want everyone to have access to quality dental care, which is why we are pleased to offer our patients the option to apply for a payment plan right here.

Denticare are an interest-free payment plan company and have flexible and simple payment options suited to you; you chose the term and the frequency and they do the rest. Plans can be extended over 24 months, with either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments debited directly from your chosen bank account or credit/debit card. With a 20%  deposit and small admin fee, you are able to start your treatment and complete it with no delay. Extra payments towards your plan or a full payout can be made at any time.

Patients with private health insurance are also eligible for payment plans. Any payments from your health insurance fund can be used towards your deposit and be deducted over the course of your payment plan.

To sign up for a Denticare payment plan, simply come in to any one of our Aim Dental practices and have a consultation with one of our dentists. Once we know what your personalised treatment plan is, we can detail a payment plan to suit your budget.

We also provide the option of using HICAPS to pay for dental treatments, which has proved very popular with many of our patients in the last few years. If you choose this method of payment, you can save time in attending health insurance offices to claim rebates, or waiting for rebate cheques to arrive.

All you need to do is bring along your health insurance card when you come in for treatment, and we’ll use this to make an immediate claim to your insurer. Health insurance companies don’t permit the manual entry of patient details, so it’s important that you always remember to bring your card for this reason.

Once the claim has been made, all you have to do is settle the balance with us, which can be done via any of the above methods. If you require dental treatment at any of our practices, we’ll always tell you upfront how much everything will cost, so you’ll be fully informed and can prepare for this from the outset.

You can then check beforehand with your health insurer about what your rebate entitlement will be for any future treatment.
