Cancellations and Missed Appointments
    It’s important to us at Aim Dental Group that every patient is seen on time and receives the services they need in a timely manner. However, missed appointments, latecomers and cancellations impact upon the service we provide, so we ask that our patients contact us as soon as possible if they think they won’t be able to attend, or if they are delayed.
    Our policy on cancellations

    If you know that you won’t make your dental appointment, then please respect other patients by phoning our dental practice to tell us. If we know in advance that a slot will be free, then we can allocate the space to another on our waiting list so that it isn’t wasted. We ask that you do this at least 24 hours in advance, to give us time to arrange another patient for the appointment.

    It’s important to note that once a dental appointment has been made, this is considered automatic confirmation of your attendance, so failure to show up for the appointment or to inform us of non-attendance will incur a fee. Appointments for dentistry care are in high demand, and as a result, each one missed ultimately limits the services available to other patients.

    Missed appointments or arriving 15 minutes late for your appointment will, therefore, incur a Missed Appointment Fee of up to $75. Please speak to our one of our front office coordinators if you have any questions about this fee.
